After all required information is submitted, Buoy will run your first payroll. For traditional businesses, this typically takes 30 days from when you select your BuoyPEO solution. If you only need payroll without benefits, this timeline can be shortened to about two weeks.
Contractors with an income of at least $36,000 annually and registered as an LLC filing as a Sub S or S Corp can join the platform. We run Gig Workers monthly, and payrolls are processed once a month. This setup allows for greater control over cash flow and funds movement between personal and business accounts.
Gig workers can be onboarded swiftly. Once the required documentation is submitted and the Contractor Service Agreement (CSA) is signed, payroll can be processed promptly. Unlike traditional businesses, gig workers become eligible for benefits after 30 days.
